Here are some key pieces from my childhood. They show the very start of my journey using bold colour choices and pattern with confidence.
The later 2008 pieces start expressing my teenage interests. The self portrait starts to introduce ideas like the florals incoperated in many of my works today. I can be seen wearing a band tshirt from a local metal band. - this is something I'd often wear, mixed with something soft like a pastel My little pony skirt.
I've always blended softness with something dark and heavier, the contrast excites me.
